Action for Children in Northern Ireland seeks a Housing Support Practitioner to help 16–21 year olds facing homelessness. You will support daily living, access services and work with partners to secure safe housing and brighter futures.
The role requires extensive experience with vulnerable youth, a Level 3+ Diploma in youth work or social care, and a willingness to work a 24/7 rota, including evenings and weekends. A full UK driving licence is essential.
Salary: £26,450 per annum.
Location: Enniskillen, Northern Ireland.
Contract/Hours: Permanent, (working 37 hours a week on a shift rota basis)

As a Housing Support Practitioner, your primary responsibility will be providing assistance to young individual between the ages of 16-21 years who are either homeless or at risk of homelessness in the local area. Our role is centred around supporting them to realise their full potential. Rossorry Grove Supported Accommodation serves as a home for 13 young people, and as a Housing Support Practitioner, you will be responsible for aiding them in managing their day-to-day lives and facilitating access to specialised services that will help address the various challenges our young people may encounter. You will play a vital role in preparing them for their future endeavours.

To be eligible for this position you must complete an Access Ni Enhanced Disclosure.
