Salary: £40,000 - £42,00 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am5pm (occasional weekend availability required)

We are seeking a Registered Residential Services Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a residential home that supports adults with learning disabilities to live fulfilling, independent lives.
As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for leading a dedicated team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care in line with regulatory standards and organisational values. Reporting to the CEO and supported by the Operations Manager, you will ensure that services are delivered safely, effectively, and compassionately.

Oversee the safe and effective daily running of the residential service
Lead and manage a team to deliver high standards of care
Promote the rights, independence, and wellbeing of all residents
Ensure compliance with health and safety, CQC, and internal policies
Monitor and manage staff performance through supervision and development
Handle incidents, complaints, audits, and quality assurance activities
Maintain accurate records and reporting in line with legal requirements
Represent the organisation at external meetings and promote its mission and values
Extensive experience in residential care, particularly supporting people with learning disabilities
Proven track record of leading teams, managing performance, and driving service improvements
Strong understanding of CQC frameworks and care quality processes
Experience in managing risk, change, and compliance within social care settings
Excellent communication and leadership skills
A commitment to continuous professional development
Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle (business insurance required)
