Nyala House a beautifully designed home nestled in a peaceful riverside village in Essex. Is a warm, traditional home supporting up to four young people aged 10–18. The home is a 3-bed provision in the main house with a 1-bed solo Annex attached offering space, calm, and compassion for those facing emotional or behavioural challenges. Whether it’s a solo or sibling placement, we tailor our care to each young person’s needs always focusing on healing, trust, and hope for the future.

At PSS, we create homes that feel lived-in, loved, and safe and we’re looking for leaders who believe in the power of person-centred, therapeutic care.

What we’re looking for:

Previously held an OFSTED registration (Desired)

Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (Essential)

Level 5 in Leadership & Management (or working towards it)

At least 1 year of management experience (Registered, Interim or Acting)

A passion for leading teams with empathy and excellence

Salary - 45K to 60K D.O.E

Location - Maylandsea, Chelmsford, Essex
