We are recruiting for a passionate, ambitious and child-focused Registered Manager to oversee the registration, launch and ongoing development of a new 4-bed children's residential home. You will become the founding leader of a new service, working alongside a highly experienced Responsible Individual and supportive leadership team who are committed to investing in quality care and long-term growth. The organisation has plans to expand over the next 18-24 months, creating genuine opportunities for future progression and wider operational leadership.
