Autumn Leaf House is located in Castle Bromwich, Solihull. Our home offers residential support for eight males and females who are autistic. We are on a quiet street, near the town centre.

Our team is dedicated to improving the quality of life of the people we care for by setting achievable goals to meet their individual needs and provide meaningful relationships and activities.

We can also support those who have:

  • Mental health needs
  • Difficulties with communication
  • Mild to moderate behaviours that challenge
  • Epilepsy

You and your team will support the people in your care to achieve their goals in life and will actively seek out opportunities for them to develop their skills and confidence through a variety of community, staff involvement activities, and other initiatives.

The role of a CQC Registered Manager at Priory is varied and will ensure you are responsible for all areas of the home including budgets, quality, compliance, and ensuring that the people we support have the best care & support possible.

Committed to quality assurance, you will effectively lead and inspire your team to provide the highest quality person-centred support and care. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering best practice in social care whilst continually developing the service. You will have the opportunity to use your skills in an environment where the effective management of people and processes will be critical to the service's success.
