Job summary

TipTopJob is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join an exceptional care home in Walton-on-Thames, Surrey. You will provide skilled nursing care in a boutique, luxury facility with residential and nursing services.

You must hold an active NMC PIN and be a team player with strong time management and leadership abilities. The role is permanent full-time with shift patterns and an attractive salary of £23 per hour (£57,408 per annum), plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC PIN.
• Experience in care settings desirable.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Accurately assess the needs of residents and identify priorities of care.
• Administer all medications and treatments in line with NMC guidelines and policy.
• Ensure care plans are developed and maintained with residents, families and other health professionals.
• Report ill health and arrange GP or professional visits when required.

To be considered for this position you must be qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin

As a Nurse Your Key Duties Include

• Accurately assess the needs of residents and identify priorities of care
• Administer all medication and treatments within the NMC guidelines and company medication policy
• Ensure that residents care plans are completed and maintained in conjunction with residents, relatives and other health care professionals
• Report any ill:health amongst residents and make request for GP/professional visit where necessary

The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:

• Proven experience of working in a care setting

Benefits

The successful Nurse will receive an excellent salary of GBP23.00 per hour and the annual salary is up to GBP57,408 per annum.
