Indigo Healthcare Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Home Manager for a well-established residential and dementia care service in the Shipley area. The role involves leading day-to-day operations, ensuring high-quality care, and maintaining strong regulatory compliance within a stable, supportive team environment.

The Home Manager will oversee care quality, occupancy, budgeting and performance, nurturing team development and continuing to provide a positive environment for residents and families.

Qualifications

Home Manager - Residential & Dementia Care

Shipley, Bradford

£55,000 per annum

Indigo Healthcare is working in partnership with an established care provider to appoint a Home Manager for a well-established residential and dementia care service in the Shipley area.

This is a role suited to an experienced care leader who enjoys running a stable service and building on strong foundations. The home has good occupancy, an established team and a supportive senior leadership structure in place, allowing the incoming Manager to focus on consistency, team development and continued improvement.

The Opportunity

You will take full responsibility for the day-to-day leadership of the home, overseeing care quality, compliance, staffing and operational performance.

The home provides residential, dementia and physical care for older people and has a strong community feel, with an established team who know the service and its residents well.

This isn't a role where you'll be walking into a significant turnaround. It's about maintaining the standards already in place, developing the team and continuing to provide a positive environment for residents, families and staff.

You’ll likely have:

• Level 5 Leadership & Management (or equivalent)
• A confident and supportive leadership style
• The ability to balance care quality with occupancy and commercial performance
• A genuine focus on developing and retaining a strong team
