Qualifications

• Registered Manager or Deputy Manager within a residential elderly care setting.

The Role

As Care Home Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the day‑to‑day operations of the home, ensuring full regulatory compliance, excellent care outcomes, and effective business performance.

You will lead and support a dedicated care team, foster positive relationships with residents and their families, and create a culture focused on dignity, respect, and compassionate care.

• A proven track record of achieving positive regulatory outcomes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills.
• Sound understanding of safeguarding, compliance, and quality standards.
• Commercial awareness and experience managing budgets and occupancy.
• A genuine passion for delivering outstanding care and enhancing residents' lives.
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or willingness to work towards).
• Experience managing services for older people and/or individuals living with dementia.
