Job summary

Northern Care Alliance NHS Foundation Trust is hiring Staff Nurses for our integrated neighbourhood teams in Heywood, Middleton, and Rochdale. You will deliver high-quality community care, assess needs, and implement care plans in patients’ homes.

Applicants must have post-registration NMC registration, a nursing degree or diploma, and be willing to travel across the Trust footprint to cover different locations. A proactive, patient-centered approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current NMC registration (Adult General Level 1 or 2).
• Degree or Diploma in Nursing studies or equivalent.
• Completion of a registered nursing preceptorship.
• Proven post-registration experience is required.
• Computer literacy and clinical knowledge in diabetes, palliative and wound care.

Main duties of the job
