Job summary

Claimont Health is seeking an experienced Complex Care Nurse to provide high-quality care in clients' own homes across the community, with support from the Complex Care Team in the UK. You will work with our clients and staff to promote independence and safety in daily activities.

The role requires registered nurse status with complex care experience and demonstrated leadership in community settings. A valid UK work permit and driving licence are essential.

We are on the lookout for an outstanding Complex Care Nurse to work with our clients and our staff in the community. The Complex Care Team at Claimont Heath support individuals to live their life to the full in the comfort of their own homes. This position is to support our wonderful clients and our dedicated support teams in Hove.

• Be caring, empathetic, compassionate and respectful.
• Complex care experience essential, we are seeking a Registered Nurse who has supported clients with complex needs and has experience of leading teams in the community. You will need to demonstrate you
