Qualifications

• NMC registered nurse with UK registration.
• Experience writing comprehensive care plans and using clinical assessment tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for care staff.
• Support residents with complex needs and varying dependency levels.
• Provide clinical nursing including medication management and infection prevention and control.
• Continuously strive towards clinical excellence within the home.
• Develop tailored care plans to deliver excellence across resident care.

The Role

• Providing outstanding leadership for care staff
• Supporting residents with a range of complex needs and dependency levels
• Provide clinical nursing to residents including medication management, infection prevention and control procedures, e.g. wound care, catheter management
• Continuously strive towards ensuring clinical excellence within the home

• An NMC Registered Nurse
• Understands clinical assessment tools like Waterlow and MUSTExperienced in writing comprehensive care plans
