Qualifications

• NMC registered nurse with current registration.
• Experience with clinical assessment tools such as Waterlow and MUST.
• Experience writing comprehensive care plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical nursing to residents including medication management.
• Lead care staff to ensure high-quality care.
• Support residents with complex needs and varying dependency levels.
• Infectious prevention and control procedures, e.g. wound care and catheter management.
• Develop tailored care plans and strive for clinical excellence.

The Role

• Providing outstanding leadership for care staff
• Supporting residents with a range of complex needs and dependency levels
