Care UK is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to lead our care home team as Nurse Manager on a flexible bank basis in Birmingham. You will provide clinical nursing, medication management, and lead staff to deliver compassionate, person-centred care.

You will develop tailored care plans, monitor infections, and contribute to clinical excellence across the home while supporting residents with varying needs. NMC Registration and experience in care planning are essential, with ongoing development

Qualifikationen

• NMC registration required.
• Experience with clinical assessment tools (Waterlow, MUST).
• Experience writing comprehensive care plans.

The Role

• Providing outstanding leadership for care staff
• Supporting residents with a range of complex needs and dependency levels
• Provide clinical nursing to residents including medication management, infection prevention and control procedures, e.g. wound care, catheter management
• Continuously strive towards ensuring clinical excellence within the home
