Job summary

Westgate Healthcare is recruiting a Registered General Nurse to join our family-run care team in the South East of England. You will deliver high-quality nursing care, develop personalised electronic care plans with residents and families, and support the Home Manager in implementing policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality nursing care to our residents, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
  • Develop and implement personalised electronic care plans in collaboration with residents, families and the wider care team.
  • Support the Home Manager to effectively implement policies and procedures and ensure they are upheld at all times.
  • Ensure that the residents have access to key medical, social and other care workers as required.
  • Contribute to the clinical governance within the care home.
  • Work in line with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) guidelines, NMC code of conduct and relevant legislation at all times.

About the role

39 Hours per week

8am – 8pm / 8pm – 8am, flexibility required to work both night and day shifts as required. Shifts available across Monday to Sunday
