Westgate Healthcare Ltd is seeking a compassionate Registered General Nurse to join our family. You will deliver high-quality nursing care to residents, develop personalised electronic care plans, and support the Home Manager to uphold policies and ensure residents' needs are met.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents.
• Develop and implement personalised electronic care plans with residents, families and the wider care team.
• Support the Home Manager to effectively implement policies and procedures and ensure they are upheld at all times.
• Ensure residents have access to key medical, social and other care workers as required.
• Contribute to the clinical governance within the care home.
• Work in line with CQC guidelines, NMC code of conduct and relevant legislation.

About The Role

• 39 Hours per week
• 8am – 8pm. Day shifts available across Monday to Sunday
• Deliver high-quality nursing care to our residents, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met
• Develop and implement personalised electronic care plans in collaboration with residents, families and the wider care team
• Support the Home Manager to effectively implement policies and procedures and ensure they are upheld at all times
• Ensure that the residents have access to key medical, social and other care workers as required
• Contribute to the clinical governance within the care home
• Work in line with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) guidelines, NMC code of conduct and relevant legislation at all times
