Job summary

Lancashire County Council is seeking a Domiciliary Service Manager for Fylde Domiciliary Service. The role leads the service, supports Team Managers and staff, and ensures a person-centred approach to care delivery.

As a Grade 10 Manager, you will contribute to strategic planning, manage the service budget, and ensure compliance with CQC registration requirements on an ongoing basis. The position is a permanent, full-time role based on Fylde.

• Lead the service, supervise Team Managers and staff, ensuring person-centred care.
• Contribute to strategic planning and development of the service.
• Manage the service budget and ensure delivery within allocated funds.
• Act as Registered Manager, ensure CQC compliance and registration conditions.
