Job Description

What you’ll do

The Branch Manager is responsible for managing daily operations and growing a successful care team that delivers personal care services to our clients. You will ensure adequate staffing, maintain care quality standards, and ensure all processes are followed, documented, and compliant with regulations.

You will also oversee compliance with quality standards internally and for regulators and contract holders.

Qualifications

What you need

You must hold a Level 5 Health and Social Care qualification and be registered. Additionally, you should be an organized, efficient, and experienced manager passionate about community care, with a solid understanding of statutory and regulatory frameworks.
