Job summary

Qualifications

• Registered Level 1 Nurse with current NMC registration.
• Ability to assess nursing needs and implement nursing care.
• Currently driving licence and vehicle for business use if required.

Responsibilities

• Visit adult patients in their own home with identified nursing needs.
• Use EMIS electronic patient record for care documentation; work on iPhone/iPad.
• Provide venepuncture, wound care, catheterisation, syringe drivers, end of life care and symptom control.
