NHS Tayside seeks a Children's Registered Nurse Specialist to manage epilepsy and neurology caseloads in Tayside Children’s Hospital. An opportunity has arisen for a Children’s Registered Nurse Specialist: Epilepsy and Neurology. The post holder will be expected to contribute to the Tayside team but be primarily responsible for caseload management within this field of practice, development, and service support.
The individual must be able to demonstrate leadership skills and professional knowledge within this role, including an understanding of caseload management and experience of team working. The individual will assist with audits for improvement and service development.
The individual will be a key member of the team and will need to work collaboratively and effectively with peers and senior management across the Children & Young People's Service in Tayside, providing cover (either clinical or managerial) where needed during periods of leave and workload pressures.
The post will be based in Tayside Children’s Hospital, Ninewells Hospital, Dundee, but the ability to travel/work across Tayside and the surrounding area is essential.
You must be registered as a Children’s Nurse on the UK NMC Register.
