Responsibilities

• Assess care needs, plan, implement and evaluate care without direct supervision.
• Educate and supervise learners; may be in charge of ward/shift and coordinate staff.
• Support knowledge expansion with clinicians and education modules.
• Contribute to patient flow and care coordination across shifts.
