Circle Health Group has an exciting opportunity for a Registered Children’s Nurse to join our friendly and motivated team working on the hospital wards.

This is a bank role working on an “as and when required” basis, where you will supplement staffing levels during busy periods and provide cover during staff absences.

Duties of This Role Include

• Deliver age-appropriate, evidence-based nursing care for children across various clinical settings.
• Monitor and respond to changes in condition, escalate concerns, and carry out clinical observations, treatments, and interventions safely.
• Collaborate with medical teams, allied health professionals, and safeguarding leads to ensure coordinated care.
• Contribute to handovers, case reviews, and MDT meetings to ensure continuity and safety.

Applicants should meet the following criteria:

• Registered Nurse (Children / Paediatrics) with valid NMC registration.
• Experience delivering nursing care to children and young people in hospital or community settings.
• Strong communication and family liaison skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, emotionally sensitive environment.
• Understanding of safeguarding, child development, and family dynamics.
• Adherence to infection prevention, medicines management, health and safety, and consent protocols.
• EPALS qualification desirable.
