We have a fantastic Registered Care Manager (RCM) opportunity within our service in Dover.
This is a fixed term contract for 12 months (covering Maternity leave), working 37.5 hours per week. We are offering a Registered Care Manager £38,895 per annum.
We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join the management team who enjoys a fast-paced environment.
As a Registered Care Manager, you will be managing a large staff team of the Deputy Manager, Team Leaders and Support Workers.
The team at the service encourage that no one is left out of life and that independence is continually developed along with day to day living skills.
