In this position, you will work alongside a great team and oversee the daily operations of a responsive, innovative, and high-quality service that meets our standards; effectively manage a dedicated team, including a Deputy Manager and Support Workers; be responsible for tasks such as rotas, supervising and mentoring the team to ensure that all shared responsibilities are fulfilled and systems maintained which guarantees compliance.
