Job summary

Responsibilities

• Act as Registered Manager, overseeing the regulated activity for the office

• Manage client acquisition from initial contact to conversion
• Plan and conduct risk assessments
• Ensure quality control systems operate and perform quality assurance visits for clients
• Review and improve processes
• Manage complaints and incidents, investigate them and drive improvements
• Ensure reports are forwarded to the relevant bodies
• Network locally and online to raise awareness of the service
• Provide leadership to ensure exceptional service and safe staffing levels

• Ensuring successful operation of quality control systems and performing quality assurance visits for clients
• Reviewing and improving processes
• Managing complaints and incidents, carrying out investigations and using those findings to initiate improvements
• Ensuring relevant reports are forwarded to relevant bodies
• Networking in the local community and via digital media to raise awareness of the service
• Providing inspired leadership to the team making sure that exceptional service is delivered to the clients and workloads are managed accordingly ensuring safe staffing levels
