Job summary

Harbour Healthcare is seeking an experienced Registered Care Home Manager for Treetops Court Care Home in Leek, Staffordshire. You will lead the team to deliver person‑centred care and ensure the home remains compliant and welcoming.

The role requires a clinical leader with strong operational background, Level 5 Leadership & Management, and a track record of improving occupancy and quality while mentoring staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Home Manager.
• Level 5 Leadership & Management qualification.
• Experience managing a 40+ bedded Nursing and Dementia care home.
• Strong clinical and operational background.
• Experience commissioning or supporting newly opened services.
• Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations.
• Passionate about delivering outstanding care.
• Confident people leader who motivates and develops teams.
• Leads with warmth, integrity and professionalism.

As Home Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading the home with compassion, professionalism and vision. You will inspire your team to deliver person‑centred care of the very highest standard while ensuring the home remains fully compliant, commercially successful and a warm, welcoming environment for residents and families alike.

You will use your clinical and operational expertise to:

• Has experience commissioning or supporting newly opened services
• Has excellent knowledge of CQC regulations
• Is passionate about delivering outstanding care
