Harbour Healthcare Ltd is seeking an experienced Home Manager for Treetops Court Care Home in Leek, Staffordshire. Lead and inspire the team to deliver compassionate, person-centred care while maintaining high compliance with CQC standards and driving occupancy and service excellence.

The role requires a hands-on leader with a strong clinical and operational background, able to support newly opened services and uphold Harbour Healthcare's values across nursing, residential and dementia care

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a management role.
• Experience managing a 40+ bed Nursing and Dementia care home.
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and governance standards.

We are now seeking an outstanding ClinicalRegistered Care Home Manager to lead our team at Treetops Court Care Home in Leek.

About the Role

As Home Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading the home with compassion, professionalism and vision. You will inspire your team to deliver person-centred care of the very highest standard while ensuring the home remains fully compliant, commercially successful and a warm, welcoming environment for residents and families alike.

You will use your clinical and operational expertise to:

• Lead and develop a high-performing care team
• Deliver exceptional standards of person-centred care
• Build strong relationships with residents, relatives and healthcare professionals
• Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations and governance standards
• Drive occupancy, quality and continuous improvement
• Create a positive culture where residents and staff thrive

About You

We are looking for an experienced and motivated leader who:

• Has a minimum of 2 years experience in a management role.
• Has experience managing a 40+ bedded Nursing and Dementia care home
• Has a strong clinical and operational background
• Has experience commissioning or supporting newly opened services
• Has excellent knowledge of CQC regulations
• Is passionate about delivering outstanding care
• Is a confident people leader who motivates and develops teams
• Leads with warmth, integrity and professionalism
