Job Title: Registered Care Home Manager
Location: Barnet, London
Salary: £45,000


Purosearch are looking for an experienced and dedicated Registered Care Home Manager to lead and manage a small care home in Barnet. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care for our residents, managing the day-to-day operations, and leading a team of care professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the care home
- Develop, implement, and monitor care plans to meet the individual needs of residents.
- Manage and motivate staff, providing guidance and support to maintain a high-quality care environment.
- Manage budgets, resources, and ensure the efficient running of the care home.
- Liaise with residents' families, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and care delivery.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure continuous improvement in care standards.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Registered Manager with a valid qualification in health and social care. (NVQ 4 /5)
- Proven experience in managing a care home or similar healthcare environment.
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and lead a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sound knowledge of CQC regulations and health and safety standards.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Desirable Skills:
- Experience with budget management and financial planning.
- Proficiency in care management software systems.
