About the role

We have a great opportunity for a Registered Building Inspector with experience and ability to carry out a full range of Building Control functions within the Registered Building Inspector Class 2A Registration including the on-site supervision of building works.

The role will require you to carry out plan assessments, site inspections, and related tasks. Offering a diverse workload including domestic, commercial, industrial, and high-rise residential projects, support will be provided to help you progress your career accreditation or maintain validation.

The ideal candidate will have experience in building inspection for domestic and low-rise industrial/commercial developments under 7.5m. They should demonstrate a thorough understanding of regulations and possessexcellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Experience in Building Control is crucial, along with knowledge of the Building Act, Building Safety Act, and Building Regulations. You should be willing to work with a professional, forward-thinking team to meet Building Control objectives. Possess the IT skills necessary to deal with the electronic processing of plans, and email communication with our stakeholders.
