About The Role

Located in beautiful South Hampshire, working predominantly in the Portsmouth, Fareham, and Gosport areas around Portsmouth Harbour, we have an interesting and challenging workload. This includes working for the Building Safety Regulator, collaborating with a strong mix of partner companies including Hampshire County Council, and maintaining a high market share across all types of construction projects.

About You
Ideally, you will have independent experience working as a Registered Building Inspector on a variety of projects; however, other levels of experience will also be considered. Registration above Class 1 is a minimum requirement.
Our comprehensive portfolio of work allows you to maintain and expand your competence levels within a personal development plan aligned with your ambitions.
Using our flexible working systems, you will be actively involved in applying Building Regulations and public safety legislation, including conducting site inspections, producing site reports, and working collaboratively with clients, duty holders, and the public.
You will also work closely with other area teams and promote our services, which are designed around customer needs and high compliance levels.
