Job Title: Building Control Professionals (Class 3 (H) Qualified)

We are seeking 4 qualified Building Control Professionals (Class 3 (H)) to join BSR and contribute to shaping the future of building practices in England. The role involves providing direct support to our Multi-Disciplinary Teams (MDTs) to ensure that regulatory decisions are technically sound and proportionate.

Responsibilities include:

1. Providing specialist advice to MDTs reviewing and peer-reviewing building control applications.
2. Supporting regulatory and policy teams in interpreting the Building Regulations 2010.
3. Working within a broader policy and political context, requiring detailed technical knowledge and good communication skills.
4. Representing BSR in interactions with other departments, industry stakeholders, and standards bodies.

Roles will be based within the main Building Control team and the innovation team.
