Job summary

Pulse Healthcare is recruiting registered and experienced Band 5 and Band 6 A&E Nurses for night shifts in Leytonstone, East London.

We seek dedicated professionals with valid NMC registration, NHS A&E experience, and the ability to work nights. You’ll provide patient care, administer medications, document accurately, and contribute to a supportive clinical team.

Qualifications

• Valid NMC registration and UK nursing qualification.
• At least 6 months NHS A&E experience in the UK.
• Right to work in the UK and enhanced DBS (or ability to obtain one).

Responsibilities

• Monitor patients closely and identify signs of deterioration.
• Administer and document medications in line with NHS regulations.
• Maintain clear, up-to-date medical records and communication with patients/families.
• Provide high-quality patient care and contribute to a positive patient experience.

Job description

Pulse are looking for registered and experienced Band 5 & 6 A&E Nurses in Leytonstone in the East End of London.

We are looking for A&E Nurses that can do Night Shifts.

The closest underground stations are Leytonstone on the central line and Walthamstow Central on the Victoria line.

The buses W12, W15, W19 and 357 stop within the hospital grounds, you can alight at the main entrance stop. Buses 20, 56, 230 and 257 also all stop near the hospital grounds.

What you will be doing as a Registered A&E Nurse

• You will monitor patients closely, identify signs of deterioration and act quickly to resolve.
• Safely and responsibly administrate and prescribe patients medication in line with NHS regulations and UK legislation.
• Maintain good communication with patients and / or families to enable positive patient experience.
• Maintain detailed medical records and documents with accurate, up-to-date patient information.
• Keep up to date with knowledge of clinical research and developments.
• Work in line with trust policies and procedures.

To be considered for this role you will need to have:

• Valid NMC registration
• At least 6 months recent UK NHS experience within the A&E sector
• Ability to provide a clinical reference as well as covering the last three years of employment
• Able to provide an enhanced DBS or documents to apply for one
• Right to work within the UK - proof will be required
• Previous experience within A&E setting.
