Job summary

Medivet is seeking a Network Partner to lead the Central London regional cluster, driving strategic growth, clinical excellence, and strong people leadership across multiple clinics.

You will partner with finance, facilities, and HR to optimise performance, support partner-led growth, and ensure safety and compliance while delivering exceptional client care and staff development across the network.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in a fast-moving, multi-site environment.
• Experience coaching and developing clinical and operational teams.
• Strong communication and influencing ability across senior stakeholders.
• Solid commercial sense with data-driven decision making.
• Ability to manage HR processes and complex ER cases.
• Willingness to travel between clinics in the network.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic growth and partner-conversion strategy to reach 90% partner-led practices by 2027.
• Partner with Finance on budgeting, monthly performance reviews, and capex business cases.
• Foster collaboration across the network and champion the hub-and-spoke model.
• Support clinics with stock management and improve material margins.
• Oversee recruitment of Branch Partners and Lead Vets with Ops Support Managers.
• Ensure health and safety and regulatory compliance across all sites.
• Lead governance, quality improvements, and patient safety initiatives.
• Coach and develop Leaders through regular 1:1s and performance reviews.
