Medivet is seeking an Operational Partner to co‑own a four-practice cluster in Southeast London. You will lead both clinical and operational performance across the group, with equity ownership and autonomy to shape local clinical direction within Medivet’s central support framework.

Ideal candidates will split time between clinical work and non‑clinical leadership, mentoring teams and driving sustainable business growth within a supportive national network.

Qualifikationen

• RCVS‑registered veterinary surgeon requirement.
• Proven leadership experience in veterinary or clinical settings.
• Interest in combining clinical work with operational leadership.

• Lead, coach and inspire clinical and non‑clinical teams.
• Drive performance across clinical standards, client care and revenue.
• Own equity ownership and shape strategy for the cluster.
