Job summary

Medivet & Partners is seeking an experienced Lead Vet to shape the clinical direction of a busy practice in London. You will lead a supportive team, uphold high clinical standards and build strong ties with the local community to deliver an outstanding client experience.

You’ll supervise patient care, mentor graduates, and collaborate with the Practice Manager to optimise clinic performance. This leadership role is ideal for a Vet ready to advance in a collaborative, patient-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Must be an RCVS registered veterinary surgeon.
• Demonstrate clinical leadership and mentoring.
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional clinical care and client experience.
• Experience in driving clinic performance and coaching teams.
