Barchester Healthcare Homes Limited is seeking a Peripatetic Nurse (RGN) to travel across our region, delivering high clinical standards at each location. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, support new resident settling-in, and develop tailored care plans addressing physical and mental needs.

The role offers autonomy, recognition for your contributions, and opportunities to mentor teams while ensuring medicines are administered safely under NMC guidelines.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RGN) with current NMC registration.
• Teaching, mentoring or supervision qualification required.
• Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of regulatory frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-disciplinary teams on each shift in every care home.
• Develop care plans tailored to residents' physical and mental needs.
• Ensure safe administration of medicines and adherence to NMC standards.
• Travel across the region to supported locations.
