You will support admissions, mentor staff, and contribute to residents' physical and mental wellbeing with autonomy to deliver care the right way and be valued for your expertise.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RGN) with current NMC registration
• Teaching, mentoring or supervision qualification preferred
• Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of regulatory frameworks

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-disciplinary teams across locations to maintain high quality care
• Develop care plans and risk assessments tailored to residents' needs
• Support settling in of new residents and develop staff skills
