Job summary

Menzies Distribution Solutions Limited is recruiting an experienced Regional General Manager to lead transport and warehouse operations across multiple sites. You will identify opportunities, provide operational leadership, build strong customer relationships and drive continuous improvement to maximise profitable growth.

The role requires strategic planning, budgeting and a strong focus on health and safety, with travel across England as required.

Qualifications

• Senior logistics leadership experience in multi-site environments.
• Proven track record in customer relationship management.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets.
• Excellent people management and performance coaching.
• CPC qualification or equivalent is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership to the region and drive continuous improvements.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and service standards.
• Lead budgeting, planning and achievement of financial targets.
