Job summary

CPM United Kingdom Limited is seeking a Samsung Regional Trainer to deliver memorable, impactful training across UK classrooms, in-store, virtual sessions, roadshows and events. The role requires autonomy, extensive diary management, and a focus on increasing advocacy and sales of Samsung Digital Appliances within retail stores.

The position involves overnight travel across the South West quarterly, occasional weekend work, and a base location near Bristol. Full UK driving license is required.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and presentation, with the confidence to engage an audience.
• Flexible and adaptable, with resilience and drive to improve in a changing environment. Knowledge of using social media, including Instagram, TikTok, and creating short videos.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Training Needs Analysis to plan forthcoming in-store training interventions.
• Prepare, present and evaluate training interventions/courses run throughout the UK.
• Deliver product knowledge training to key account staff to increase knowledge and sales.
• Promote and run regional training initiatives and the Samsung training platform.
• Support national account event shows and major training events, plus consumer shows.
• Complete administration tasks, including diary planning at least a month in advance.
• Be flexible and adapt to changing briefs on short notice.
• Provide support for VIP retail visits as required.
• Perform other tasks within the scope of the role as assigned by the line manager.

You will be responsible for delivering memorable and impactful training to both Internal and External partners across a range of environments including classroom, in-store, virtual, roadshows and events.

This is a highly autonomous role which requires the candidate to be well planned and organised and able to manage their own diary and planning within the business needs.

The overall goal is to increase advocacy and awareness, and ultimately drive sales of Samsung Digital Appliances in retail stores.
