Job summary

SES Engineering Services in the UK seeks a Regional Technical Director to lead the technical function across the Central region, delivering approximately £200m of complex MEP services across diverse sectors.

As a member of the regional Senior Leadership Team, you will provide independent technical governance, build on a culture of excellence, and drive strategy, capability development and strong client relationships to support sustainable growth and high-value solutions.

Qualifications

Extensive senior-level leadership in large MEP/building services environments.
Proven track record of leading multidisciplinary teams and influencing stakeholders at executive level.
Broad knowledge of design management, engineering principles, project lifecycles and quality assurance.
Chartered Engineer status (MCIBSE) or equivalent professional qualification.

Responsibilities

Develop regional design and technical strategies aligned with business objectives.
Lead regional technical, digital engineering, commissioning and sustainability teams.
Provide governance across bids and projects, including audits and compliance oversight.
Collaborate across functions to develop innovative solutions and work-winning strategies.
Drive compliance with Building Safety Act and SES framework; ensure value and quality.
