Qualifications

• Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment, ideally in a multi-site or regional capacity.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or similar recruitment platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, from advertising and shortlisting to offer.
• Partner with hiring managers to craft effective job descriptions.
• Maintain excellent candidate communication throughout the recruitment process.
