Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine in the United Kingdom is seeking a Regional Systems Analyst to support Anaplan-based planning models and drive continuous improvement across planning activities.

In this hybrid role, you will act as a bridge between business users, process owners and technical teams, handling data validation, issue triage and UAT while documenting requirements and enabling governance for enhancement requests.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Business, or related discipline.
• 2–3 years in planning, analytics, or supply chain systems.
• Experience with Anaplan or similar planning platforms preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work across business and technical teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Understanding AI concepts and responsible AI practices with prompt engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support during monthly planning cycles, forecast updates, and business reviews.
• Perform data validation, root cause analysis, and issue triage for planning and reporting discrepancies.

• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and regression testing activities.
• Monitor model performance and identify opportunities for automation.
• Develop planning knowledge articles and user guidance documentation.

Position Summary

The Regional Systems Analyst will support the day-to-day operations, stabilization, and continuous improvement of Anaplan-based planning models. The role will act as a key liaison between business users, process owners, and technical support teams to ensure planning activities are executed successfully and system issues are resolved in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Business Product Owner support analyst for Anaplan models.
• Provide operational support during monthly planning cycles, forecast updates, and business reviews.
• Perform data validation, root cause analysis, and issue triage for planning and reporting discrepancies.
• Coordinate with technical support teams to investigate and resolve system defects and enhancement requests.

• Develop planning knowledge articles, training materials, and user guidance documentation.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in planning, analytics, finance systems, or supply chain systems.
• Experience with Anaplan or similar planning platforms preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work across business and technical teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Demonstrates an understanding of AI concepts and frameworks, including awareness of responsible and ethical AI practices, and has experience generating effective prompts to boost efficiency and productivity.

Working Model & Travel Requirements

• This assignment follows a hybrid working model.
• Participants are expected to work from the office at least 1-2 days per week to facilitate collaboration, learning, and knowledge transfer.
• Minimal travel may be required, subject to project and business needs.
