Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking an experienced Regional Support Manager to oversee security operations across multiple locations in the UK. You will ensure safety of people, property and assets while delivering high-quality service standards.

Responsibilities include developing security policies, leading the security team, conducting risk assessments, coordinating with clients and contractors, and managing budgets and staff schedules to meet SLAs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a security management role.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong knowledge of security systems, protocols, and best practices.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and make informed decisions in challenging situations.
• Relevant qualifications, such as a valid SIA Licence.

About The Role:

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive security policies, procedures, and protocols.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the security team, ensuring high performance and compliance with company standards.
• Conduct risk assessments and site inspections to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements.
• Recruit, train, and manage security personnel, ensuring they are motivated and equipped to perform their duties effectively.
• Monitor, investigate, and report on security incidents, ensuring timely responses.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to maintain service excellence and address concerns promptly.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Prepare and manage security budgets as required.
• Plan and maintain staff schedules and ensure SLA is being delivered.
