The role

Carlisle Support Servicesis looking for a Regional Support Coordinator, you will be an integral part of a tightly knit team responsible for consistently delivering best-in-class service across all events and security contracts with ad hoc requirements in the North Division, to include but not limited to; ACC Liverpool (M&S Bank Arena, Exhibition Centre Liverpool, and Convention Centre), Manchester Central, Huddersfield Town FC, Burnley FC, Liverpool FC, Liverpool CC.You will report directly to the Head of Operations and will be responsible for proactively managing resources to deliver the operation.

Your core role will include but not be limited to the following activities:

• Create Events on Time and Attendance system (Time gate).

• Replace all staff on shift who have reported absence in advance.

• Complete shift arbitrations.

• Respond to staff queries.

• Ensure all events are staffed to the correct levels required by the Client(s).

• Manage annual leave requests and queries.

• Oversee the leavers process and quarterly data cleanses.

• Support with management of the annual recruitment cycle.

• Support with coordinating training and inductions.

• Support with sign in process on large scale events.

• Manage and file relevant documents per event.

• Support with billing process where required.

• Provide weekly and daily (in line with working schedule) internal reporting on large-scale event planning, recruitment numbers, and staffing levels .

The ideal candidate

• Experience with large-scale events.

• Experience in staff management (payroll, holiday management, queries).

• Strong IT skills, including full working knowledge of the Microsoft suite.

• Familiarity with scheduling/workforce management software, preferably Timegate.

• Flexible and organized.

• Self-motivated.

• Good time management skills and ability to prioritize own workload.

• Able to operate under own initiative and to tight deadlines.

• Always takes responsibility and accountability.

Mainly Monday - Friday however some weekend work to support events when required

Successful candidates will be required to provide original documentation for detailed screening and vetting processes.

This could include the following: passport / driving licence / utility bill dated in the last 3 months / HMRC letter / original bank statement / original payslip / birth certificate / a valid share code.
