Job summary

B&M Retail is seeking a Store Manager for the Watford area in a designate role, with flexibility to cover across stores. You will lead from the front, drive performance, manage stock, and deliver an outstanding customer experience every day.

You will be responsible for sales growth, team development, and operational standards across the store, with shift flexibility including evenings and weekends. This is a step up into a senior retail leadership role.
