Job summary

B&M Retail Limited is seeking a Store Manager to lead from the front in a fast-paced retail environment. This designate role covers York and nearby stores, with flexibility to travel across the area.

You’ll own store performance, drive sales, lead your team and deliver a brilliant customer experience every day. As the store leader, you’ll manage days, evenings, weekends and bank holidays and be accountable for standards, stock, and customer satisfaction while working with a supportive leadership
