Job Description
  • Manage and coordinate and build regional software support teams to meet service delivery targets.
  • Lead, Motivate and drive the team with strong leadership and motivation.
  • Deliver high level customer service strategy to its B2B Client base.
  • Ensure consistent, high-quality support for customers across all software platforms.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to align support services with business objectives.
  • Monitor and report on performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Oversee resource allocation to ensure optimal service delivery.
  • Act as a point of escalation for complex customer issues.
