The Advocate Group is exclusively partnered with a leading soft drinks business seeking a Regional Service Technician. You will play a key role in installing and maintaining equipment and representing the brand in Out Of Homes venues across the area.

Key responsibilities:

• Complete 2nd-line reactive maintenance
• Conduct customer surveys and identify solutions
• Install new equipment at customer premises
• Perform planned maintenance as scheduled
• Build strong customer relationships
• Respond professionally to customer complaints and escalate when necessary
• Follow safe work practices and operating procedures

About you:

• Experience in a technical role is essential, preferably within the drinks industry, but other backgrounds will be considered
• Highly organized with good time management skills
• Proactive problem-solving and root cause analysis skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
