We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Service Manager (North) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Leadership: Leading, developing, and mentoring a team of Field Service Engineers to ensure high performance and professional growth.
  • Customer Focus: Cultivating a culture of exceeding customer expectations and delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Growth: Accelerating the growth of product placements and service revenues through strategic initiatives and exceptional service delivery.


The successful candidate will be a natural people leader with experience managing a field service team, able to drive high-performance for our customers. You will deliver continuous improvement and innovations in our processes and service propositions. Your inclination is to achieve results quickly and strengthen teams.

In this role, a typical day will look like:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the field service team, ensuring timely and effective service delivery.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of Field Service Engineers.
  • Monitor and analyse service metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous improvement.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service integration and support.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction. You will be accountable for regional escalation resolution and project success, ensure response time and intervention quality, ensure good communication between departments on cross-functional activities (projects, installations)
  • Willing to travel to coach the field service team and manage customer relationships


The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Proven experience in a field service management role, preferably within the coding and marking industry.
  • Proactive and strategic problem solver who first understands business and associate needs and is then keen to bring forward and test new insights and industry-leading practices
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
