Job summary

AB Agri Ltd in the UK is seeking a Service Manager to lead the delivery of the milk recording service across Northern Ireland, Scotland and northern England. You will manage a distributed team of Area Coordinators and ensure farms receive reliable service.

The role focuses on operations, resource planning and improving how service is delivered. You will collaborate with Service Resource and commercial teams to standardise processes while building strong stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience managing distributed teams across multiple locations.
• Strong planning and operational judgement for field work.
• Ability to adapt and improve service delivery.
• Willingness to travel regionally and visit farms.

Responsibilities

• Plan and adapt regional coverage using Area Coordinators’ capacity.
• Lead and develop a remote team across regions.
• Resolve service issues with a focus on timely delivery.
• Set regional KPIs and monitor costs and satisfaction.
• Standardise service delivery and optimise field resources.
• Collaborate with commercial teams while owning service delivery.
