Job summary

National Highways seeks a Service Delivery Manager to oversee maintenance and repair works across the West Midlands region, based at Bescot depot. You will ensure activities meet technical, quality and safety standards with a strong customer service focus.

A driving role is required with a clean licence and no more than 3 points. You will proactively manage supplier performance to SLAs, monitor contract scopes, and coordinate maintenance plans to minimise disruption while delivering safe,

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or relevant technical qualifications.
• Experience with budget, contract and supply chain management.
• Proven ability in a fast-paced, 24/7 service delivery environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage supplier performance against SLAs, quality and safety standards.
• Monitor route/contract performance, identify risks and issues.
• Analyze root causes and implement remedial action plans.
• Maintain cyclical and reactive maintenance plans and control costs.
• Integrate plans to minimise customer disruption.
